If the goods are returned due to low quality, we will give you a refund or replace the low-quality goods with high-quality ones at our cost. Low-quality goods are replaced and refunded in accordance with the Retail Regulations approved by the Government’s Resolution No. 697 of June 11, 2001. High-quality goods can also be returned in accordance with tik the Retail Regulations approved by the Government’s Resolution No. 697 of June 11, 2001. However, in this case, you will bear all the related costs. The goods can be returned within 14 calendar days from purchase. The refund shall be made by wire transfer within 14 calendar days from the day the goods were received. When returning the goods, the buyer must enclose the original invoice for the respective goods and a completed and signed refund form. The refund form has no specific template.
Please note that you will not be refunded for any expenses related to returning the goods to us.
Please follow the rules below when returning the goods:
The goods must be placed in their original packaging
The goods cannot be damaged by the buyer
The goods must have their commercial appearance (undamaged label, untorn protective film, etc.) (this clause is not applicable in case of low-quality goods)
The goods must be returned in the same set as received by the buyer
If the goods are defective because the buyer failed to follow its use or storage instructions, such goods shall not be refunded, the defects shall not be fixed at no cost and the goods shall not be replaced. NB! You must check the condition of the parcel at the time of delivery. Upon noticing any damage, you must refuse to accept the parcel and note it down in the waybill. If you accept the parcel and sign the waybill, the parcel shall be considered duly delivered.
